1. Booking Fee for New Clients
Effective October 1, 2015, a $25 booking fee is required for new clients booking an appointment. At your appointment, this fee will be deducted from the total price of your services. You can call us at (212) 234-9144 or stop by the salon to pay this fee. The booking fee is non-refundable but can be applied towards your next appointment if rescheduled 24 hours before the original scheduled appointment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Life is hectic and things come up. If you must cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows) will be charged a late cancellation fee of $25, due at the next visit. New clients will forfeit their booking fee. Clients who repeatedly cancel late may be restricted from booking in the future.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We love children at Elite Conceptions Hair Lounge. However, a salon visit is the time for relaxation and pampering. For that reason, children not being serviced are not permitted. If a client brings a child along to their appointment, they will be asked to reschedule.
5. Electronic Devices
Elite Conceptions Hair Lounge provides free Wi-Fi for your convenience. Texting and surfing the web is expected and encouraged. However, we ask that you exercise consideration for your surroundings, in regards to the volume of your phone and other electronic devices. We are not responsible for lost or damaged valuables brought to the salon.
